About the role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)-NAR at Benedictine, you will provide direct resident care, report condition changes to RNs or LPNs, and chart in the POC system. You must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or equivalent, possess good communication skills, and hold a BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
• Treat residents with dignity and respect, and support their choices
• Ensure residents' health and safety
• Report condition changes to RNs or LPNs
• Chart in the POC system
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks

Requirements

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
