About the role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)-NAR at Benedictine, you will provide direct resident care, report condition changes to RNs or LPNs, and chart in the POC system. You will ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect, and choices within their lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care
• Report condition changes to RNs or LPNs
• Chart in POC system
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks

Requirements

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
