About the role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will operate on the front lines providing direct resident care, ensuring dignity and respect, and reporting condition changes to RNs or LPNs while charting in the POC system.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
• Report condition changes to RNs or LPNs
• Chart in the POC system
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks

Requirements

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
