CNA/NA - Women's Health Clinic

Job Summary

Aids in various patient care activities and related services necessary for patient comfort. Performs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Assists with clinical duties, vital signs, stock management, patient documentation, and basic health care needs.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required
• Minimum of six months' experience preferred
• Experience in a clinic setting preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred
• Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
• North Dakota residents must be on the North Dakota Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry upon completion of training/competency validation or within four months of employment
• Wisconsin residents must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aid Registry with current work eligibility

About the Role

The Women's Health Clinic seeks a full-time Nursing Assistant to provide care in a supportive and compassionate manner.

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of relevant experience, and certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care procedures, ability to follow instructions, and strong communication skills.

Pay

$15.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule

Full time, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends or holidays.
