About the Role

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care under RN supervision, supporting nursing staff and maintaining a safe, clean environment. This position requires performing the full scope of CNA duties, including assisting with patient activities and ensuring comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient care tasks based on skill level and patient needs
  • Support nursing personnel in delivering quality care
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment for care delivery

Requirements

  • Montana Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS certification from American Heart Association
  • Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience and successful completion of an orientation program

Preferred Qualifications

  • CNA training or certification through Montana CNA training programs or passing the state CNA exam
