About the Role
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, supporting a safe, clean, and organized environment for nursing activities. They perform tasks within their skill level to meet patient needs and assist nursing personnel in delivering quality care.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned CNA duties according to patient needs and skill level
- Support nursing staff in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
- Maintain a safe, quiet, and organized environment for care delivery
Requirements
- Montana Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Successful completion of orientation and a minimum of 6 months CNA experience
- Preferred: Completion of a Montana CNA training program or successful challenge of the CNA exam
