About the Role

Our CNAs make a substantial difference by providing compassionate caregiving services, nursing support, and friendly companionship. You’ll assist residents with self-care needs, including dressing and meal prep, engage with them regularly, and build relationships with their families. This role offers the opportunity to form lasting bonds and make a positive impact every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate caregiving services and nursing support to elderly residents.
• Assist residents with self-care needs, such as dressing and meal preparation.
• Engage with residents regularly, offering friendly companionship and emotional support.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents and their families.
• Check in on residents consistently to ensure their well-being.

Requirements

• Current Florida CNA license.
• Current BLS card.
• Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation position.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.
• Warm, kind, and patient-oriented personality.

Schedule

Multiple caregiving shifts are available:

• Morning Shift: starts at 7:00 am
• Evening Shift: starts at 3:00 pm
• Night Shift: starts at 7:00 pm
