About the role

We offer flexibility in schedules, longer shift times when possible, and ongoing in-field support. Immediate hours are available upon clearance for hire or fast turnaround to get you started.

Responsibilities

- Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. - Assist with the daily activities of patient care. - Work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends. - May work assignments ranging from 1-8 hours. - Participate in additional training (online) and receive paid training.

Requirements

- Active NM State CNA certification/license. - Valid driver’s license and Social Security Card. - Current auto insurance. - Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results. - Able to pass a background check. - Experience working with seniors. - Excellent communication skills. - Exceptional interpersonal skills.
