About the Role

Immediate hours are available for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) once cleared for hire. The position offers one‑on‑one care in clients’ homes with shift training provided by a Field Supervisor. Our team seeks CNAs dedicated to personalized, compassionate care and values a healthy work‑life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one in‑home care for clients.
• Assist with daily activities of patient care, including personal hygiene, mobility, and companionship.
• Run errands for clients and handle mileage‑related tasks.
• Participate in shift training and ongoing online training as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate client needs to supervisors.

Requirements

• Active New Mexico State CNA certification/license.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Social Security Card.
• Proof of a negative TB test taken within the last year.
• Ability to complete additional online training (paid).
• Two references (one manager/supervisor and one personal).
• Pass a background check.
• Experience working with seniors.
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Schedule
