About the Role
We’re hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) / Home Health Aides who are passionate about delivering personal, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. In this role, you’ll be more than a caregiver—you’ll be a trusted companion, a source of comfort, and a vital part of your patient’s healthcare journey.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, etc.
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
- Communicate updates to the care team and supervisors
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Help patients stay active with simple exercises or activities
- Administer medications (as permitted under scope)
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited CNA or Home Health Aide program
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting (preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A caring heart, positive attitude, and a desire to make a difference
