About the role
The CNA in-patient unit is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to patients. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications as prescribed by a physician
- Keep patient rooms clean and organized
- Document patient care in medical records
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
