We are seeking caring and reliable caregivers to join our team and provide exceptional in-home care to our clients. Homewatch CareGivers serving Charlotte and Lake Norman offers comprehensive home care services for people of all ages, including seniors, children, veterans, the chronically ill, and those recovering from medical procedures. Our care philosophy is based on finding interesting, innovative ways to empower clients and help them feel engaged and respected.

This franchise is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise location.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide companionship and emotional support through engaging conversation and leisure activities.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and running errands.
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure medications are taken as prescribed.
• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving, home health aide, or a related field preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in challenging situations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed.
