About the role

We are looking for a dedicated, full-time caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a medically fragile client in the Charlotte area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dependable, compassionate, and committed to building a meaningful relationship with one client while making a lasting impact every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in the client's home
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor the client's well-being and report any changes
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Offer companionship while preserving the client's dignity and independence

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable caring for medically fragile individuals
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide, experienced caregiver, or Behavioral Technician
• Able to work independently and follow a care plan
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Professional, trustworthy, and committed to providing exceptional care
