Shift Availability
- Full time and part time Day (7a–3p), Evening (3p–11p), and Night (11p–7a) shifts
- Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
- Assist with toileting, continence care, and linen changes
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and mental condition
- Measure and record vital signs as instructed
- Assist residents with meals, hydration, activities, and appointments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA-I) certification (formerly GNA) in good standing
- Previous experience in long-term care or senior living preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical job duties
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Pay
- $19.00 – $23.00/hour (plus shift differentials as applicable)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,500 (limited time)
- Access to Daily Pay
