CNA (Hospice Aide) -Home Hospice (Per Diem-as needed)

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice care services to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Current certification in Hospice and Palliative Care (CHPC) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
