About the Role

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides routine nursing care to residents, supporting activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and safety. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to policies, and supporting residents' well-being in a respectful, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Conducting rounds to ensure resident well-being
• Assisting with meals, personal care, and hygiene
• Recording vital information and observing changes in resident condition
• Transferring residents safely and maintaining mobility
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited CNA program
• Valid Florida CNA certification
• Current CPR certification
• Good communication and organizational skills
