Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, etc.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
• Communicate updates to the care team and supervisors
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Help patients stay active with simple exercises or activities
• Administer medications (as permitted under scope)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CNA or Home Health Aide program
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A caring heart, positive attitude, and a desire to make a difference
