About the role
The CNA/Home Health Aide provides personal care services to patients of all ages under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring care aligns with individual needs and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities and support patient well-being in a home health setting.

Qualifications
- Oregon Nursing Assistant license and Washington Nursing Assistant license (within specified timeframes).
- Certification meeting education requirements and current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience or current CNA status as a nursing student.
- Experience with electronic health records and adherence to regulatory standards.
