About the Role
The CNA/Home Health Aide provides personal care services to patients of all ages under the supervision of a registered nurse, focusing on individualized physical needs and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities and supportive care in patients' homes
- Utilize electronic medical record software for documentation
- Adhere to safety and health protocols
Requirements
- Oregon Nursing Assistant license and Washington license within designated timeframes
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- At least 2 years of relevant experience or current CNA student
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
