CNA/Home Health Aide

Responsibilities

• Delivering personalized care based on patients' physical needs, across all age groups.
• Utilizing electronic medical record software to document care.
• Adhering to state and federal regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant education meeting certification, license, or registration standards.
• Oregon Nursing Assistant license and Washington Nursing Assistant license within specified timeframes.
• Current CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• At least 2 years of experience or current CNA students.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
