CNA/HHA - Part time
Connect with your calling! Join, stay, and grow with Benchmark. We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home‑like environment.
Schedule
Part‑time shifts: 7 am – 3 pm, 3 pm – 11 pm, or 11 pm – 7 am.
Pay
$19 per hour – $20.25 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
