CNA/HHA - Part time

About the role

Join Benchmark as a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and deliver care to residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Schedule

• Part time, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Part time, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Part time, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay

$19.00 – $20.25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
