About the role
Bridges by EPOCH at Norwalk is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for various shifts. This is a PER DIEM position.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with medication administration and monitoring
- Participate in shift handovers and report any changes in residents’ condition
- Support residents with meal times and dietary needs
- Engage in activities designed to enhance the quality of life for residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
- CT Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for serving seniors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain a cheerful demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

- Available shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
