About the role
Provide home and community-based support to help individuals maintain independence in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and ambulation
- Provide medication reminders
- Support household tasks and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Monitor and document client conditions, vital signs, and incidents
- Ensure a safe environment for clients
- Operate medical equipment properly
- Respond promptly to client needs
Requirements
- Current driver’s license
- Vehicle insurance
- Reliable transportation
