CNA Full Time 3p to 11p

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team at Emerald Care Center Tulsa, a 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility offering quality healthcare services to residents in Tulsa, OK. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates
• Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and other pertinent information in electronic health records
• Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner
• Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care
• Current CNA certification in Oklahoma required
