About the Role

Provide high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of our licensed nurses. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure a safe and clean environment for our residents, which includes maintaining a clean and organized living space and assisting with meal service and activities. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform Resident Care Services, including vital sign checks, feeding, bathing, and toileting
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and transferring
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition to licensed nurses
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• CNA certification
• 1 year of experience as a CNA
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Pay

$15.50 - $17.50/hour
