About the role
A Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) provides residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with each resident's assessment and plan of care, and as directed by the department director or supervisor. The role emphasizes putting the resident first, treating the community as the resident's home, and modeling person‑centered care.

Requirements
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
- High school diploma or equivalent desired.
