About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our close-knit nursing team. In this role, you will be the primary advocate and support system for our residents, ensuring they live with dignity, comfort, and joy every single day.

Responsibilities

• Help residents feel their best by assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and personal grooming.
• Safely guide and assist residents with mobility, ensuring they can move through their day with confidence.
• Keep a watchful eye on health by accurately tracking vital signs and noticing the small details that matter.
• Act as the "eyes and ears" for our residents, sharing updates and concerns with our supportive nursing leadership.
• Provide companionship and a friendly smile, truly enhancing our residents' quality of life.
• Work alongside a team of healthcare professionals who value your input and rely on your expertise.

Requirements

• A current Oklahoma CNA certification.
• A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
• A team-player mindset and the physical ability to stay active and support resident needs throughout your shift.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing is a plus, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn are what we value most.
