CNA - day position

About the role

We are looking for a Nursing Assistant to join our team and provide quality care to our residents in a nursing home setting. The successful candidate will assist with daily activities, help with meals, and provide emotional support. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned by the nursing staff.
• Assist in the implementation of nursing care plans.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Observe and report changes in patient's condition to the nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning of patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Requirements

• Experience in long-term care (ideal but not required).
• Commitment to providing high-quality care.

Pay

The facility pays candidates for training if not certified, at a reduced amount until certification is obtained. Final wage depends on experience.
