Bluebird is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our 7 AM–3 PM day shift! If you're a dependable, compassionate CNA who enjoys caring for residents and working as part of a supportive nursing team, we want to meet you. Walk-in interviews welcome! Schedule Full-Time 7 AM–3 PM Day Shift
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
- Provide compassionate care, comfort, and companionship
- Complete rounds and respond promptly to resident needs
- Assist residents with meals and daily activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
- Work closely with nurses and other caregivers to provide quality resident care
- Follow resident care plans, safety procedures, and facility policies
Requirements
- Active CNA certification/license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Compassionate approach to resident care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
