Overview
Rogue Valley Manor is seeking qualified and compassionate CNAsto join our healthcare team for our health center (SNF/LTC).
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Provide personal care services
- Monitor resident health and report changes to healthcare staff
- Follow infection control protocols
- Participate in shift handovers and ongoing training
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
