About the role

The State Certified Nurse Aide Training Program at The Trace is open to those who have completed an application, valid photo identification, and social security card.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a grade average of 85 to continue in the course.
• Purchase one set of scrubs for daily use during class and clinical.
• Pass a criminal background check and consultation with the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry.
• Be selected based on facility needs, shift availability, flexibility, and previous work history.

Requirements

• No absences or tardiness is permitted.
• Must be able to work rotating weekends.
• Must be eligible for employment benefits including vacation/paid time off, holiday pay, sick pay, performance evaluations, and advancement opportunities.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and adhere to a schedule that includes potential late nights.
• Must be covered under health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
• Must participate in a 401k plan with company contributions.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule.
