Skilled Nursing of Horseheads is hiring a CNA Program Instructor (RN) in Horseheads, NY.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Program Coordinator on the presentation of the curriculum.
- Teach lecture and lab content.
- Coordinate clinical training and supervision of course participants.
- Supervise students on the units during their clinical experience.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse with at least two (2) years of nursing experience, including a minimum of one (1) year in a long‑term care setting.
Qualifications
- Must have experience teaching adults, supervising nurse aides, or have completed a course in adult education.
Skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and training skills preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical education environment.
