About the role
The Masonicare Health Center is a 260-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Wallingford, CT. The CNA performs basic nursing care procedures under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse.
Responsibilities
- Follow treatment plan designed to meet the appropriate age, needs and abilities of each resident/patient
- Assist with meals and nourishment's
- Transfer using proper body mechanics and appropriate assistive devices
- Ambulations
- Bathing
- Toileting
- Dressing and grooming
Requirements
- Current Connecticut certification as a nurse's aide - C.N.A.
- CPR certification
