About the role
Carmel Hills Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for their Day Shift team. The mission is to help residents with daily activities, observe them, and support them with comfort, safety, and emotional care.
Responsibilities
- Aid residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs
- Observe residents and report any changes to nursing staff
- Support residents with comfort, safety, and emotional care
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Help keep resident rooms clean, safe, and comfortable
- Work closely with nurses and the care team to provide excellent patient care
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Missouri
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Caregiver with compassion, dependability, and teamwork skills
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
