Your responsibilities will include: Providing compassionate daily care to residentsAssisting residents with activities of daily living and personal careMaking regular resident rounds and responding to resident needsTaking and reporting resident information as directedMaking beds and maintaining clean, safe resident roomsKeeping water pitchers clean, filled, and within residents’ reachFollowing facility policies, nursing procedures, and safety regulationsReporting resident needs and concerns to the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, or AdministratorWorking as part of the nursing team to provide quality resident care CNA Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification OR currently enrolled in a nursing assistant certification programAt least 6 months of CNA experience preferred, or clinical experience through a nursing assistant certification programDependable and compassionate approach to resident careAbility to work effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other healthcare team members Walk-In Interviews Welcome!
