Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents
• Aid with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
• Record vital signs and monitor changes in residents' conditions
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
• Collaborate with nurses and other interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain dignity, respect, and compassionate care practices

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor
