Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, serving meals, assisting with feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
  • Maintain immaculate and safe living environments for all residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Complete all required reports and records promptly and accurately to ensure continuity of care.
  • Perform all duties meticulously in full accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines and facility policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with the nursing and leadership team, executing other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.

Schedule

Part-time, 1st shift, every other weekend.

Requirements

  • Active and current WI Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must meet all state requirements for licensure/certification/registration and successfully comply with state health care worker background check requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a collaborative part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Basic computer knowledge is beneficial.
  • Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but motivated, qualified new CNA applicants are welcome.
