Responsibilities
- Provide basic care to patients

- Watch for changes in patients and report them to the nursing team
- Collect and record vital information about patients' conditions and treatments
Qualifications
- Be certified in the state of Indiana

- Have professional appearance and behavior
- Meet basic qualifications set by the Indiana Department of Health (read, write, perform simple math)
- Successfully complete the Basic Aide Training Course
- Satisfactorily pass a physical examination administered for gainful employment in the facility
