About the role
Woodlake at Tolland is a short and long term care facility located in Tolland, CT. We are currently seeking CNA’s to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care and support with daily living activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations
- Monitor resident health and communicate with nursing staff
- Promote a positive, comfortable environment for our residents
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Connecticut
- A heart for caring and helping others
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Previous long-term care experience is a plus!
