CNA Certified Nurses Aide

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a unified team, we are driven by a collective goal to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily bathing, grooming, dental care, bowel and bladder functions, dressing, walking, and wheelchair use.
• Position residents in and out of bed.
• Document personal care according to facility policies.
• Perform nursing functions as directed, including perineal care, making beds, turning residents, and measuring/recording temperature, weight, pulse, and respiration.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, including skin breakdowns, to supervisor.
• Report all accidents or injuries immediately.
• Record all necessary charting entries.
• Answer all call lights regardless of assignment.
• Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward residents and their support networks.

Pay

Competitive starting pay at $20/hour with an additional $5.00/hour shift differential for any shifts worked outside scheduled hours.

Schedule

• Available shifts: 7a–3p, 3p–11p, 11p–7a.
• Per diem positions welcome; per diem staff are expected to fulfill (2) weekend shifts monthly.
