CNA Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents in their activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Auxiliary with personal hygiene needs
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with peers to support emotional well-being
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Pass out meal trays and document food/fluid intake
- Make beds and keep residents’ rooms tidy
- Support residents with daily care tasks as needed
CNA Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
