CNA/Caregiver in Assisted Living & Memory Care

About the role

Caregivers/CNAs at Fairfield Village assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating them with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership.
• Comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation.
• Incorporate the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of previous experience as a Caregiver in a community setting (strongly preferred).
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Schedule

Full-time: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm; Part-time: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; PRN/On-call: all shifts (6:00 am – 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, 10:00 pm – 6:00 am); 8‑hour shifts; weekend and holiday availability required.
