About the role

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide in-home care for elderly patients. This role involves one-on-one support in a detail-oriented, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hygiene assistance, including showering, bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Remind clients to take prescribed medication and assist with ambulation
• Help with mobility around the home or to appointments, walks, and errands
• Communicate effectively with clients and family members
• Assist with shopping or accompany clients to complete errands
• Perform light housekeeping duties and report unusual incidents
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and other daily living activities

Requirements

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and eager to learn new skills
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Compassionate, supportive, and detail-oriented approach
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Complete a criminal background check and drug screen
