CNA/ CAREGIVER

About the role

We are seeking part-time team members to join us in providing high quality meals to residents, guests, and staff. Flexible hours are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.
• Respect residents’ confidentiality.
• Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up.
• Aid in resident's laundry and meal service.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful personality.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• Capable of making independent decisions when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and co-workers.
