Job Summary
You will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction. Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to the assessment of the health status of the healthcare consumer.
- Contributes to the plan of care through observation, data collection, and communication of findings to the appropriate member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Provides basic patient care activities based on the plan of care and as delegated.
- Contributes to the evaluation of the healthcare consumer by observing responses to interventions and communicating findings to the appropriate member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Documents cares provided in the healthcare consumer’s record.
Job Requirements
- Successfully completed the 75-hour state approved course for Nursing Assistant if hired into the Nursing Assistant position after April 30, 1998.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR.

$17.24 - $24.35 /hour
