About the role

Dells Nursing & Rehab in Dell Rapids, South Dakota is seeking a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join their team. They are looking for caring and compassionate individuals who can support people who can no longer take care of themselves.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents' physical and emotional needs
• Assist with daily living activities such as eating, bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Follow safety protocols and assist with medication administration

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
