About the role
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where the resident's well-being is prioritized. From assisting with activities of daily living to providing companionship and reassurance, CNAs contribute to creating a homelike environment that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention of each resident.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Provide companionship and reassurance
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents
- Support a respectful and positive work environment
Requirements
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Physical stamina to provide nursing services
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
