About the role

CNA positions at Pitman Manor offer competitive pay ranging from $23 to $25.55 per hour, based on experience. Shift differentials are also available, with additional pay for weekends and evenings. The schedule includes both full-time and part-time options, with day and evening shifts available, and rotating holidays and weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities, including personal appearance, hygiene, dressing, and general well-being
• Follow individualized service plans and maintain accurate records to ensure quality support and communication among team members
• Conduct routine resident check-ins to promote comfort, safety, and engagement throughout the day
• Assist residents during meals and provide support with movement and the use of mobility aids when needed
• Foster positive relationships with residents while working closely with colleagues to create a welcoming community environment
• Share resident preferences and observations with appropriate team members and notify nursing staff of any notable changes or concerns

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification or enrollment in New Jersey CNA program
• Experience working in long-term care setting is preferred, but not required
