Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily routines, including grooming, dressing, and overall well-being
• Follow individualized service plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Conduct routine resident check-ins to promote comfort, safety, and engagement
• Assist residents during meals and provide support with mobility and assistive devices
• Build positive relationships with residents and encourage participation in community activities and daily routines
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a welcoming, resident-centered experience

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred

Qualifications

Shift differentials are also offered for midday/evening shifts, overnights, and weekends. Pay

Schedule

Full-time | 11AM - 7PM; 5 days a week with rotating every other weekend
